This winter VeloConcepts will be offering a free six- week training camp. This camp will take place starting, Saturday November 10 and continue until December 22. Each week we will focus on a different cycling skill and covers everything including winter fitness, bike handling, endurance & pack riding skills.
Based on the principles used by amateur cycling teams a comprehensive camp has been developed to improve cycling skills, fitness an overall bike confidence. There will be six weekly sessions taking place on the weekend, generally Saturday’s at 10 am(weather dependent). And will include a mix of both indoor and outdoor riding sessions.
