The 2016 Tour de France sure has been exciting! We have seen downhill attacks by GC contenders, a climbing stage turned into a running race, the return of Cavendish and Sagan dominating the Green Jersey. Everything is pointing to a super exciting last week! To celebrate Le Tour and last mountain top finish, VeloConcepts will be hosting a viewing party on Friday, July 22 at 8 pm.
Stage 19, Albertville to Saint Gervais Mont Blanc is going to be a doozy of a stage, with four mountain passes (which includes 1 HC, 2 Cat 1 and 1 Cat 2 climb) over 146 km. With a mountain top finish, it will be the last chance for any contender to break up the race or seal the deal. Either way, it’s sure to be an exciting stage.
Starting at 8 pm on Friday, July 22, VeloConcepts will be hosting a race viewing party of Stage 19. We will be having wine (some of it French), cheese, cocktails and hors d’oeuvre as we watch a replay of this what is sure to be an exciting stage. So come on down, enjoy some great wine and watch Le Tour with your cycling friends.
