Then we’re the place for you.  VeloConcepts in Culpeper is now hiring a part-time sales/mechanic person, experience not necessary but looking for someone who’s an avid cyclist and willing to learn.  Availability needed for some nights and weekends, but hours are flexible… race/event reimbursement available.
